Ashapura Intimates Fashion Ltd. Incorporated in 2006 is a fashion house that designs brand, markets and retails intimate garments for men, women and children. The company is in the business of designing, branding, market, and retailing clothing products such as loungewear, bathrobe, women innerwear since its inception under the brand name “Valentine”.

MR. HARSHAD THAKKAR

CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Harshad Thakkar is dynamic entrepreneur who began his journey in the intimate wear industry at his uncle’s showroom in a small village in Kutch, Gujarat. He embarked on this journey at the age of 18 and brings over 2 decades of experience to the table.

He has completely transformed the way intimate wear industry works and is heralded as a pioneer in the segment. He started his own venture in 1999 and hasn’t looked back since then.

He is associated with AIFL since incorporation and is knowledgeable about all aspects of the business.

He also holds the esteemed position of chairman of the Lingerie Committee, Clothing Manufacturing Association of India (CMAI).

We create fashion catalogues and then market with direct sales agents and distributors to capture their response.

Orders are placed with the manufacturers and vendors according to the demand.

MANUFACTURING

We work with exclusive vendors to manufacture quality garments for us. We also have a strategic manufacturing tie-up with Momai Apparels Limited

All our products go through stringent quality control measures.

We produce product sample according to the specifications provided.

Production report is prepared and corrections are made to make it error-free. Accordingly, a detailed production schedule is devised

PACKAGING

Our packaging is A1-grade and labeling is done according to the brands and as per the specifications provided

Packaging is differentiated by inserting a card containing photographs depicting the look of the products

Finished products are packed into cartons and stored in the central warehouse for further distribution to the customers, C&F agents, distributors and e-commerce platforms.

DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT

The products sold to the customers go through the centralized warehousing facility via carrier services

The company hires services of independent professionals on a commission basis who contact distributors on regular basis depending upon the product category

Brands are promoted through various advertising media like print media, outdoor hoardings, events and promotional activities and through digital mediums.
